Returns & Exchanges

We understand that shopping online can be tricky, and we want to assist in your confidence to purchase from Fashion Brazil. We have created a simple and easy return process for eligible returns. 

Can I make a return?

If your item doesn't fit or you are dissatisfied with the selected style, we can exchange it for you or issue you with a store credit.  Due to health regulations, you strictly cannot return swimwear bottoms, swimwear one piece and bodysuits for any reason. Please check our size guide and choose carefully. 

Sale items products on sale are considered as final sale item and unfortunately these items cannot be returned or refunded. 

How do I request an exchange/credit note/ refund?

If your item is faulty, damaged please contact us on  hello@fashionbrazil.co.nz as soon as possible and we will find a remedy for you.  

For refunds/exchanges request due to having a faulty/damage product, upon receipt of returned product, we will access the product (s) and will let you know the outcome via email. If the product is deemed faulty/damaged, we will refund or exchange the product as per customer's request.

For exchanges request due to having purchased the wrong size or style, upon receipt of returned products, we will check that products are returned unworn, undamaged, unused and with its original packaging tags. We will let you know of the outcome via email. 

Who pays for return shipping?

Return postage is up to the customer. We recommend using a trackable service so you can monitor the delivery.  If upon receipt of a returned product we agree with the customer that the product is faulty or damaged we will refund the customer the shipping cost.  For exchanges, customer will cover for the cost of the item being shipped back to you.

How long do I have to return it by? 

You must return an item within 14 days of receiving it for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders. This includes transit time back to us. Please email us with any questions to  hello@fashionbrazil.co.nz  and we will get back to you as soon as we can.   

 

 

Please note:

Store credit  cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift vouchers will expire 12 months from issue date, unless otherwise agreed by Fashion Brazil. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

Giveaways cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse any returned items that have been damaged after they are received by you or if they are not in new condition and original packaging. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged upon receipt of postage payment. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund.  We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
